We had face to face group interviews where we had to do a role-play. Then an individual interview asking about your background, your experience and your family. Then a body check. At the final point, a written test about English and Chinese language level.

It took a week from applying to getting an interview. I talked with two people, and it was pretty casual. The interviewer noticed I know some Chinese, so he switched to Mandarin. He asked about my background, like where I was born and where my parents are from. He also asked if I had experience with airlines or airports and if I knew what the job involved. Then he told me about the shifts and asked if I could work them. If you don't speak Mandarin fluently, I wouldn't recommend applying.

  • Are you aware of the duties of this position?
