Customer Service Representative
The process was ok. I worked there for almost 2 years remotely and was laid off out of the blue, so I do not recommend working here.

Customer Service Representative
So I sent my resume in online and then I heard back from them really quickly that same week. The hiring rep asked if I was still interested, if the pay was okay, and just some general stuff about me. Later that day, I got an email saying they liked my resume and phone screen and thought I'd be a good fit. The next thing was a skills test, and then a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. They gave me two choices for the skills test: I could do it online and then set up an in-person interview, or I could do it at their office and then meet with the manager right after. I decided to do it online. The test was pretty straightforward, just checked my customer service and call skills, and I passed easily. The next day, I got another email with a link to schedule my interview, and I was able to get one for the day after that. The whole setup was really professional. The office was nice, and everyone was dressed in business attire. I wasn't kept waiting at all. The hiring manager was really composed and treated me super well, like a client. He told me this interview was the big decision-maker. He went through my resume, asking questions as he looked at it, and then asked about 5 or 6 customer service scenarios. Like, how would you act in this situation, what have you done before when this happened, how did you fix a specific issue? It was a pretty easy interview, lasted about an hour. He said he thought I was a good fit, asked if I had any questions, and then sent me to the receptionist to fill out an application. I did it right there. It was a Friday, and by Sunday night, I got an email about where to go for a drug screen on Monday. The results took 3 days, and that Friday I got a call to see if I was still interested. I said yes, and then they emailed me a formal offer. All in all, it took about three weeks from sending my resume to getting the offer. It included a phone screen, a skills test, the main interview, and a background check. Overall, it was a really good experience.
- If you were a manager, what would be the most important thing you could do for your employees?
Customer Service Representative
I went to an open interview as soon as I heard about it. I filled out an application which took about 20 minutes. After that, I had a short interview with about 10 questions. They said I'd get a call within 24 hours about the next steps, which might be a background or drug screen. I'm not sure if I'll get hired because others were sent for drug screens, maybe because it was near lunch or they already filled the positions.
- Do you have prior call center experience?
