Behavioral Presentation

I had an interview with the supervisor. It was a cordial interview, done in a conference room. First, we had a face-to-face meeting, and then a second interview the following week. They also gave me a tour of the facility. The people were nice, but I didn't get a job offer.

This interview was pretty chill and laid-back compared to others I've been through. The person interviewing me was super nice and direct. They didn't ask any of those strange, hypothetical questions like what you'd do if someone took a pen; it was all about the kids and how to best interact with and support them. It seems like a really great place to work.
