The interview process was really thorough and gave me a lot of info. I had lots of chances to ask questions and learn about it. I got to meet the people who would help me out after I signed on. They even showed me a mini-classroom demo of how the curriculum and setup works. I felt really welcome during the whole thing.

I applied for an office assistant job at this childcare center, and when I got there, the offices seemed really full of people, which made me suspicious. During the interview, the interviewer told me they were looking for specific criteria that weren't on the original job posting, which felt like a waste of my time. Then, they tried to push me into a childcare position. It felt like a bait and switch. I told them I wasn't interested in childcare, but they kept pressuring me, even after I mentioned a health condition that would affect my ability to do the job. I know childcare centers need workers, but I didn't like their scammy tactics. Just a heads up, they might not be upfront with you when you apply.
