First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Children's Therapy Corner.
Behavior Technician
The interview process was pretty standard. I knew what they were looking for and had my own questions ready. I do think they could have done a better job explaining the role itself.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced difficulties working with others and how you resolved it?
BCBA
The interview process was intense and long, with a lot of questions. The people were nice, but it felt like too much time was spent on the questions. The phone screening was also long, and then there was a three-week wait to schedule the actual interview.
- A lot of questions were asked.
Administrator
Interviewed by 1-2 groups for 30 minutes each. It was nice to see people from different departments involved. I was able to ask questions of the group. Most of the people were friendly.
- Tell me about a time you contributed to a team.
