Applied in May, but didn't hear back until July. Went through two interview rounds: a one-on-one and then a panel/group interview. They said I'd hear back by the end of that week about a decision, but then ghosted me after I followed up 4-5 times via email. Didn't even get an automated update from the system. Super negative and unprofessional lack of communication. Wouldn't recommend.

I had two Zoom interviews. One was with a director and the other was with a physician leader. They were mainly informational to give me more details about the program and the role. They asked a couple of questions. In the end, I don't think it was a good fit for either of us, and I didn't hear back about next steps.

This has honestly been one of the most unorganized interview processes I've ever dealt with. The recruiter (who has been amazing) reached out to me on May 9th for the initial interview, then my next interview was with the person that is currently in the role, which was about 2 weeks later. Then I was supposed to receive a follow up a week later and I didn't until June 7th saying that the recruiter had PTO then some health issues. Then I had a panel interview on June 14th, where I then found out the hiring manager was not available for the panel interview. So I then had to do a separate interview on June 22 to accommodate the hiring manager. And still to this day I haven't received an update and its July 25th. Again the recruiter has been very responsive but she doesn't have any additional information because the hiring manager and team didn't have anything. I was told that the next round of interviews would be starting the second week of July. I asked was I still in the running and I was told yes, but still nothing at all. Just ghosted for no reason at all. This is beyond unprofessional and it makes me not even want to work for a company that treats candidates like this. Communication is key and there was and still currently is none. I am moving on to another company that values it's candidates.

I applied and got a call and email for an interview about a week later. The first interview was with two RAs and a coordinator. A week after that, I got a second interview with the program manager the very next day. Right after that second interview, I was emailed a survey with more questions that I had to finish by the end of the day. Exactly one week after that, I got my offer. Both interviews were super chill and all about my past experiences. They mostly asked follow-up questions based on what I was saying, not really specific planned questions. Everyone was really nice. The survey asked behavioral, research, and situational questions.
