The interview was pretty standard. First, a group of three lawyers asked me some questions about my past experience. Then, they presented me with a fictional dependency case and asked me what I'd suggest doing.

I interviewed with a panel of 6 leads. It's possible you could end up on any of their teams if they think you're a good fit. I didn't have a great time. The pandemic seemed to make everyone really angry, and a few of the attorneys took that anger out on me during the interview. It felt pretty unprofessional to bully someone interviewing, but I'm sure they were just dealing with stuff and it was likely because of the timing during the pandemic.

It was a super chill interview experience. They asked some general behavioral questions and threw in a couple of role-play scenarios. It was all in one round with two different attorneys leading the chat. All in all, it wasn't too bad. Took about 3 weeks from when I applied to get the interview.

Two women asked me a bunch of super hard questions. They were not super nice, and didn't tell me anything about their office or the job. It was a bad time.
