They started by explaining the role and what my day-to-day responsibilities would be, along with what I'd experience. Then we focused on my experience in similar roles or other professional roles and how I benefited from them. After that, I discussed the skills I bring to this role and why I'm a good candidate.

I was emailed about a video call interview for a Project Manager. The call went very well and seemed positive. However, after the interview there was no communication. I had emailed once as a thank you for the opportunity and later for a follow up I still not got response. I understand if there may have been applicants that they felt were a better fit, but a follow up email would have been appreciated to say I wasn't in the consideration anymore. It has been several months since the interview and the position still isn't closed on CHOP's website but I've come to the determination that I wasn't selected and they just have poor interview communication.

I found this role through my university's online database. The interview was in person at their office. They asked general questions about my resume and my motivation for wanting to join the company, as well as about my academics. They also wanted to see my experience with AutoCAD.
