It was a really chill interview! They asked me about my past work. Then they asked me why I got into pharmacy. They also asked about my 5-year plan, a mistake I messed up and how I fixed it, and what I'm good at and not so good at.

I applied online and they called me for a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I wasn't happy with the assessment I got when I arrived because they didn't tell me beforehand that I'd have to do a calculations test using the metric system. Honestly, it felt like they didn't really have any questions for me.

Behavioral

I got an invite for a phone interview that went on for about 20 minutes. Then three weeks later, I got an invite for an in-person interview. They were very professional and asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions. I think they focused more on personal experience versus technical skills.
