The interview process was straightforward and everyone I interacted with was quite friendly. Initially, I had a phone interview, followed by some skills and personality tests that were sent to me. The final step was an in-person interview, after which I received a job offer.

So first they do a phone interview to talk about the job and ask a bunch of questions like why us and your future goals and if you can handle kids. If they like how you answer, they'll either call you back or email you to come in for an in-person interview at their office. They ask more questions there too, and if they think you'd be a good fit, they'll invite you to a work interview. If you're a quick learner, you'll pretty much have the job. They'll call you after the work interview and offer you the position if you did well. It's a whole process because after you accept, you go to HR for training and tests, which take a while but are done in a day.

After a recruiter didn't follow up after I was invited for a phone interview, I was invited for a working interview. Then, 2 days before the working interview, it was cancelled and I was told it would be rescheduled. A few days later, I was confusingly denied for the role, even though I am overqualified and they ended up hiring someone else. I never even got to interview. The back and forth with multiple recruiters was unnecessary and unprofessional, with very little feedback provided. I have 7 years of experience managing multiple dental locations.
