Product Development Assistant
So my interview process involved a phone screening and then an in-person meeting. It was kind of a weird experience, honestly, and even if they had offered me the job, I wouldn't have taken it. The vibe wasn't great, and it was pretty shocking that the managers didn't even know my current company, which is a big player in their field. I felt like I was leading the whole interview, and they said I'd hear back, but silence. The job market is tough right now, so please value the candidates who take time to interview and at least update them on their status.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
Assistant Designer
The interview process was very straightforward and friendly. After a brief greeting, we went right into the interview, and I was asked to describe my background and experiences. Overall, it felt approachable and easy to follow.
- Could you please introduce yourself and walk us through your portfolio?
- Tell us about yourself and explain your portfolio.
Sales Assistant
Had an in-person interview at the New York Showroom. It was a standard interview process with typical questions. I met with two people who were both professional and gave me a lot of information. The interview took about 45 minutes. They went over the job description thoroughly and I was able to ask questions.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
Graphic Artist
I interviewed and had my portfolio reviewed at their New York offices. I met with several Art Directors and got a tour of the facility. I also went through a number of the racks of current clothing.
- Regarding your reference library, is it versatile, and how do you typically approach market shopping and merchandising?
