I applied and heard back really quickly, like within days, which was great. I had a phone interview and then got invited to orientation. The interview had some basic questions to see if my interests matched theirs and if I'd fit in with the company culture. Questions like whether I'm more of a leader or follower in a group, about my experience, my ideal work environment, and if I prefer working alone or with others.

I applied online and was quickly contacted to schedule an interview. The interview itself was pretty basic, mostly asking me to talk about myself. I also got to ask some questions. It felt a little awkward, and I got the impression I wasn't their top choice. They also seemed a bit unsure about the specific projects for the internship.
