Intern
It was quick, they don’t engage very much as they want to hear your answers. As soon as you answer they move on to the next question. Questions were challenging and sometimes worded in a way that was tricky.
- What impact will this have on your future career goals?
- How would your approach differ across text, chat, and phone communication?
- Tell me about several different scenarios.
Sales Representative
They're looking for someone with a lot of urgency who can start almost immediately. They'll explain the process during the first interview and then send you to the second interview if they think you'll do good on their team. Whoever you interview with is most likely going to be your team manager.
- Did you bring your resume with you?
- Do you have prior sales experience?
- Do you have experience in leadership?
Trainer
I got an email Sunday night asking if I could do a 20-30 minute phone call. I replied Monday morning with my availability and got an email saying they could call me that night at 6pm. I said yes but they never called. I messaged them at 6:30pm to see if I got the time wrong and they replied at 1:45am saying they mixed up their days and asked if I could talk Tuesday. I said yes Tuesday morning and then got an email saying the job was filled. It was a big waste of my time and unprofessional because they probably already offered it to someone else before they messaged me at 1:45am to reschedule.

Counselor
This interview is behavioral, so expect questions asking for specific examples from your personal or work life. It's a good idea to jot down some scenarios beforehand that you can use to illustrate your points. Think about times you faced a challenge on a project, stood up for your beliefs when you were in the minority, learned something new, or met someone new. You get the idea.
- How do you practice self-care to manage job stress?
