Substitute Teacher
The interview process was pretty much the same. You fill out an application, then they call you for a phone interview. After that, you go in person to give them some documents and your availability. Then, you start getting calls for work opportunities.
- Have you worked with children before?
Substitute Teacher
My experience was okay. I contacted CCC, and the recruiter there sent me a link to fill out some information. After that, I had to send out and complete some documents. Then, I waited for the background checks to come back, and after that, I started.
- What makes you want to work with children?
- What would you do in this type of senior position?
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Substitute Teacher
The interview process was quite straightforward and not overly complicated, unlike some interviews that are focused on the child care field. My interview was conducted over the phone, which I think is a pretty manageable format for most people.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What would you do if a child acted in a certain scenario?
