So, the interview process is pretty selective. You'll start with a phone interview with one of the owners. They just want to get a quick rundown of your background and education. After that, you'll come to the center for an assessment to see how you handle ABA skills. It's also a chance for you to check out the place, shadow some sessions, and see if you vibe with the team. The last step is a face-to-face with the owners/BCBAs or the Director of Operations to chat about the role.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your experience working with individuals with special needs?
  • How would you describe your knowledge of ABA principles and techniques?
