I'm already a per-diem employee here and they said in my first interview that they promote from within for full-time roles. So when I got the call about a full-time and part-time opening, I was asked to come in and chat with the supervisor because I hadn't worked at that specific site before. It turned out to be an interview where I was asked some general scenario questions. They also mentioned there was another person applying for the same job.
