I went through three interview rounds for the new Thornton, CO spot. I talked with the recruiter, the RSM, and the VP of Sales. The chats were all good, but nobody got back to me with an update after I followed up a week post-interview. Seemed like a waste of time, especially since other reviews suggest issues in other areas too.

They’ll ask you what goes into some of their drinks so review them before going in. Also note your fave restaurant, and have on hand your fave drinks. You get pulled into a room and sit down in front of someone for a 1:1.

The interview process was pretty standard, but I didn't like that I got no response from the recruiting team. It felt pretty unprofessional. I was really hoping for a chance to work for this company, but I just don't get why they would waste my time interviewing me and then not respond. Hopefully, they found the right person.

It was an open interview event. I applied online and got an email to schedule an interview during their 4-day event. When I got there, there were signs and people to check me in. I interviewed with a manager who was recently hired to manage servers.
