It was a pretty laid-back interview process, mostly just filling out some forms. They wanted to get a sense of the company's usual order procedure and asked about my availability and the hours I could work if I was a part-timer. It's a pretty chill environment in FNB.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Are you available to work and what times suit you for part-time hours?
  • Can you tell me about the company standard order procedure?

it was very disorganized and shady. they don't tell you any of this beforehand but they make you sign an very lengthy NDA and make you study an intensive study guide. then they ask you to come dressed in black pants and shoes for a "test" basically free labor. it was only ten minutes but it was of course unpaid and sprung upon me. this was an hour long second round interview for a part time cashier position. Then was sent a very generic rejection that they chose someone else with no explanation or reasoning. Felt extremely disrespectful. Very cultish and overly strict vibe, just work somewhere else lol.

  • Are you aware that you'll be wearing their uniform and expected to work unpaid?
