Sales Associate
The interview process was super welcoming and professional. The management team asked great questions and really knew what they were looking for. Overall, it was a great interview process that vetted me very well by looking at my background and confirming I'm a good fit for the company.
- What's your approach to helping a client who has a tight budget?
Social Media Manager
I was contacted on LinkedIn for this role. The CEOs asked for detailed work without pay and then didn't respond to follow-ups. I submitted a 10-slide presentation and never got a response, only a request for editing access, which made me think they planned to use my work and remove my name. Also, both CEOs were over an hour late for both scheduled interviews.
- Would you be open to creating some sample work for a client we currently have?
Project Manager
I had an interview a couple of years back that went really well, and the team was pleasant. They asked me to prepare a sample report. I ended up submitting a very thorough and detailed 14-page project management report. After following up a few times, I never received a response.
- Can you describe your experience in project management?
Account Executive
I applied online and got contacted by the hiring manager really fast for an on-site interview. It was conveniently close to my place. The office is a cool, open-plan setup with a central conference room and private offices in the back, where the interview happened. The chat went well, and the questions were specific to the role, not generic. Near the end, I had to critique a website and give feedback on its user-friendliness, functionality, branding, content, design, and more. They showed me the site on a laptop, and I asked to see it on a mobile device too, to give feedback on both. The interview was about an hour long. I did withdraw my application later because another opportunity came up, but the interview itself was a pleasant experience.
- Tell me about your experience with CRO and give an example.
- What's your background with paid ads? Share an example of a successful campaign you managed.
- Could you review this website and provide feedback on its usability, features, branding, content, and design?
