Behavioral Presentation

First up was a Skype call. We chatted about me and my skills and what I knew about their company. They then went over how their private vs public events worked, and I got to ask questions. It was pretty short, like 15-20 mins. Then, the second interview was kind of like an orientation. I went to their office and someone there explained that for the actual interview, I'd need to pick one of their events and get about 100 people to come. It's not about putting on an event, but more about getting people to attend an event they already have planned.

Behavioral Other

The first interview was a standard one. The second interview is a paid gig where they want to see how many people you can bring to a bar. The job title "Marketing Associate" is pretty generic and misleading, as the actual job is to get as many people as you can out to specific bars on certain nights.

First, there's a 20-minute one-on-one where they ask basic interview questions. Then, a trial run where you have to bring 100 people to an event to show your network size and social media marketing skills.
