Because of Covid it was a bit of a different process. HR called for an interview first, which took about 20 minutes. A few days later there was an interview with the Sales Manager for about two hours. Very in depth detail about the company.

The interview process was great. They asked very work-related questions about my past experience. It felt like a really fair interview. I got a tour of the plant. This is a very worthy company to work for because they care about their employees.

I went through a temp agency first, then spoke with the supervisor. The interview was 20 minutes long and they called me back the next day. I started working, and they gave me a tour and training on everything. They are big on safety.
