The CTA staff were very polite and pleasant to talk to. The interview was conducted on Zoom and lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview questions were a bit more in-depth than in most other job interviews, but the interviewers were there to help guide you through them. Overall, the conversation flowed very naturally.

I first got a phone call about my availability, and then the interview was scheduled two and a half weeks after that via zoom. The interviewers introduced themselves and their roles at the CTA. I got to talk about my technical experience and projects, but then it changed to a STAR format interview. The whole thing was about 45 minutes. I got an offer over the phone three weeks later.

After submitting my application, I had a quick phone call. Then, about two weeks later, I was invited to a group interview. In that interview, we were split into smaller teams to work on a basic marketing case. Following that, I got invited to interview with the managers. The whole process, from applying to the third interview, finished in under a month.
