I found the offer on the APEC website, where I sent my CV and cover letter. Then I had a first phone interview with HR for initial screening. After that, I was selected for a face-to-face interview with the same HR person and the manager.

Got a call from a recruiter after applying. The first interview was super brief and impersonal. They didn't ask about my experience or explain the role. Still, I thought it went okay. Then I got an email for a second interview with the hiring manager, scheduled for that Wednesday or Thursday. I was swamped and missed the deadline to respond. The next morning, I got a generic email saying they'd hired someone else. It felt unprofessional; if they were serious, they'd have followed up. It was just a weird way to handle things.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring team really ran a smooth interview process. It started with a screening by HR manager Mary, who was honestly the best HR rep I've dealt with. She always kept in touch via calls and emails and was super transparent. Then came the interviews: first with the Hiring/Sales Manager, then with the President and GM, and finally with the Global Brand Manager. The whole thing felt professional, and the team was upfront about everything, just wanting to find the right fit for the role.
