Sales Representative
The interview process was painless, it took me a week to go through the entire thing. The recruiters on the phone were very helpful and energetic when speaking about the position, they really made me feel like they took the time to look over my resume. I wasn't just a number to the CEO Jacob, he really seemed like he cared about my future when I sat down with him on my 3rd round interview. Jacob made sure that everything was explained to me and forced me to ask questions that I was too nervous to ask.
- If I asked you to explain the process back to me, would you be able to do it?
Sales Representative
I started with a phone call from HR where they asked about my past experience and got to know me better. They seemed invested in helping me get an interview and find my next career move. The interview process had 3 rounds: first, a formal interview discussing the role in detail; second, I shadowed a current sales team member; and third, they asked if I could see myself in the role and ultimately decided to bring me onto the team.
- Are you available to work on weekends?
Sales
First interview you go in and they briefly explain the job to get you excited about the career. Second interview, they have you go with someone to a retail store to show you what you'll be doing, which is hard selling. Third interview is on the same day, and that's it, you're hired.
- How do you feel about hearing 'no' frequently?
