I heard back the day after applying and got scheduled for an interview the next day. The second round was two days later, and I got the offer on the fifth day. The whole thing happened in under a week. Just a heads up, expect to be there for at least an hour. It felt like a cattle call because there were so many other people waiting. It was odd that there was a different person at the computer each time. The first two days, the interviewers were really nice and made an effort to make me feel comfortable, offering drinks and having actual conversations. The third interviewer, however, barely paid attention and was on her phone. It's a bit strange that I haven't seen the first two interviewers since I started.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interviewer for my first round made me feel valued and engaged in a real conversation rather than just talking at me about the job.
  • In the second interview, I felt like I was being talked down to and it wasn't as meaningful as the first one.

The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the Sales Manager. The office environment was welcoming, and the team came across as friendly and professional, creating an upbeat atmosphere. I really liked the experience overall. The interview felt both formal and relaxed, lasting about 45 minutes and covering all the necessary points.
