I applied online and then spoke with HR over the phone. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and then another one with the budget team. The questions were behavioral and about my experience. It was a straightforward interview.

I applied online and heard back after about two weeks. Then I had an in-person interview with three people from Marketing/Communications and the HR director. About two weeks later, I got an email saying I'd made it to the next stage: submitting a storyboard proposal for one of CHA's initiatives within a week. It took over two more weeks after that deadline before I finally received an email stating they had selected someone else. It was a really long and drawn-out process overall.

It was a 3-person panel interview that lasted an hour. They asked a bunch of questions and all recorded my answers, which felt pretty intimidating. The panelists had different vibes, making it tough to figure out what they were looking for. They asked about specific compliance rules, but also about how organized I am, my work ethic, and stuff like that. They said as long as I mentioned being a team player, detailed, organized, a good communicator, and efficient, I should be good. Also, remember to make eye contact with everyone and ask my own questions at the end.

I applied online for a position, but then HR called me multiple times to reschedule an interview for a different role. It seemed like they didn't really read my resume because they expected me to know a software I don't, and then gave me a skills test on it right after the panel interview. HR hadn't told me about the software requirement or the test beforehand. The panel interview itself was pretty standard with about three interviewers asking common questions and taking notes.
