This interview process dragged on for 5 months with hardly any updates from the hiring team. I went through multiple interviews and had to do a take-home project. To top it off, they hired someone else and didn't even bother to let me know the process was finished. It was a terrible experience and they didn't seem to care about the applicants at all.

This interview process was pretty intense. It started with video recorded submissions instead of a phone screen, followed by a work sample. You don't actually talk to anyone from the team or get to ask questions until the third round. That's a 90-minute session where you're interviewed in three 30-minute blocks, with two people in each. The last session is in person with the team and the VP. The VP doesn't ask questions but expects you to lead the conversation. The former director was really intense and aggressive, and the team seemed burnt out.

Coding Technical

This was a total waste of time and energy. They don't seem to be looking to hire anyone, as this position has been open for over a year. Unless they're trying to hire Bill Gates, it should have been filled by now. It takes a month to get a response after applying, and then another month to schedule an interview. The interview itself took half a day, only for the HR lady to mention they actually plan to fill the position around December.

I applied online and then got an email from HR. After that, I had a phone screening interview with two people from the Marketing Department. They asked me a few questions and the call lasted about 30 minutes. It went well but I wasn't asked back for another interview.
