The interview process was pretty standard and I really liked how they communicated. I didn't get the job in the end, but the Director actually called me personally to let me know and also mentioned other potential jobs that might fit me and suggested we keep in touch. It's nice to see that some companies still have that personal touch in their hiring, unlike many others.

It started out straightforward, but they ended up adding more interviewers and stages as we moved along. There was also an external part where I had to take an online exam and have a 1-hour conversation. I had 7 one-on-one interviews and then a panel discussion/lunch with about 8 to 10 people.

The interview was great! The first interview was a one way video interview in which questions were presented via prompt and I was given a moment or two to think about my answer before answering. The second interview was conducted via Teams with the staff supervisor and one other candidate. We were able to introduce ourselves, our backgrounds, and ask any questions. The supervisor made it a really comfortable environment.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process for this role felt like it took forever. I submitted my application in early May and didn't hear back about an interview until the end of June. Then, the second interview didn't happen until late July. The entire experience seemed to drag on, which was pretty frustrating as an applicant. The first interview was a pre-recorded video, so I didn't actually speak with anyone live. The second interview was a one-hour Zoom call with two people from the partnerships team.
