Front Desk Receptionist
The interview had a mix of questions with the manager. It was a chill chat and the questions weren't hard. After, there were a few training sessions before I started.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Personal Trainer
The interview process was easy and went by fast. I met with the manager and leader of the personal trainers, and we talked about my skills and my background. Then, he had me lead him through a short workout.
- How long have you been a personal trainer?
Personal Trainer
First, there was a group interview where you showed you have the basic skills of a trainer. After that, there was an individual interview and two times you shadowed senior trainers. You also had a checklist of people to meet and tasks to complete before you officially started working.
- Tell me about your personal training experience.
- Could you coach others through some basic exercises?
Manager
It was pretty basic, mostly just talking about the job and what they needed, and how much it paid. It was super casual, just one interview. They had me fill out some stuff beforehand, but it felt like it didn't really matter.
- Can I take control if need be
