I took an online assessment test, passed it, and then had an interview with the manager. He gave me a tour of the office while asking me questions. I felt the interview went well. He mentioned he'd call within 24 hours with a decision. I never heard back, and upon emailing them, I was informed the position had already been filled.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, similar to what you'd expect at a big tech company. It was a loop interview, and using the STAR method is key to doing well. The entire thing wrapped up in about two weeks. They asked me about situations I'd dealt with, and overall, I found the conversation to be quite easy.
