Behavioral

The interview was conducted over Zoom and involved a panel of four interviewers. I was asked many behavioral questions, like 'tell me about a time when...'. Each interviewer asked me several questions. It started off a bit formal, not very conversational, but I felt more comfortable later and my personality came through.

The HR and panel team were friendly and made me feel comfortable before the actual interview. They asked a good mix of behavioral/situational and technical questions, none of which were too difficult. I felt like I could start working there right away because of the culture and how I interacted with the people.

The Chevron undergraduate internship application process is pretty straightforward. You start by applying on their website and sending in your CV. After that, there's an online test that checks your numeracy and logic skills. If you pass that, you might get called in for a medical screening. If that goes well, they'll send you an offer to be an undergraduate intern.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • No questions were asked for the undergraduate internship.
