Had an interview with a recruiter and then with the area lead. We talked about my work experience, I asked questions, and they answered. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then they detailed the benefits and next steps if I advance.

The first interview had typical STAR behavioral questions. The second one had more personality questions. They also threw in some out-of-the-box questions, like asking what kind of car you'd be. There were a few technical questions in both rounds. They really seem to care about cultural fit and having a team player.

I had two interviews with HR people, which were great in terms of how they treated me and made me feel super comfortable during the interview, although neither could tell me exactly which position I was applying for. In both, they asked me questions in English to check my level. In the third interview, it was supposed to be with the team manager, but for some reason, I had the interview with two supervisors. I didn't feel comfortable at all when they asked me about my expectations for the job. I mentioned that I would like to come in as a senior because it was the next step I wanted to take in my professional career, and from there they mentioned that the company has a flat organizational structure and that senior positions don't exist. They also asked me about the difference between semi-senior and senior in the company I worked for. And honestly, I felt a bit attacked for not knowing about their organizational structure.
