So there were 3 rounds in total, and each round had about 2-3 interviews. They basically tested my finance, accounting, and commercial acumen. Standard behavioral questions like “Tell me about a time…” were also asked. Nothing too tricky, it was all pretty straightforward.

I got referred in by someone I know since applying online didn't work out. The interview process included one technical interview and one 'touchy-feely' interview. They also do a really thorough background check which includes drug testing, even a hair follicle test. Took about 3 months from start to finish.

I applied about two months ago and honestly forgot about it until I got a call out of the blue for a face-to-face interview scheduled in two weeks. They seem to be interviewing a lot of candidates and have already spoken with many. Even though the position is listed as BA, it actually involves both BA and QA responsibilities. It was a pretty intensive, data-oriented interview that lasted an hour. They mentioned I'd hear back within two weeks.
