A few months after I applied, the recruiter emailed me for more details and to set up a phone chat. They messed up my name and mentioned a different job I didn't apply for, which was weird. I was hesitant but replied with the info they asked for and suggested a chat time. No reply came. The next week, I got urgent calls saying it was my phone interview time. I called back and mentioned I hadn't heard back and assumed they missed my emails. The recruiter just said they get a lot of emails and then asked a bunch of standard screening questions. It's a shame because the company seems good, but I'd be hesitant to go through their hiring process given how disorganized it seems.

I applied online and someone from the hiring group reached out to schedule an interview for the next week. I interviewed with 4 people. It was a standard HR interview using the STAR method. You should prepare examples for situations where you demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and workload management. I felt it went well, but I didn't get a callback for a second interview. If I could do it again, I'd definitely focus more on preparing STAR responses.
