I interviewed with the regional manager, who was very serious and professional with everyone. We really connected on the job responsibilities, discussing lots of property management stuff in detail. I felt like I could learn so much from her. It took about two months to get the decision after the interview.

They didn't have a Property Manager at the time so I interviewed with the regional manager. Then I had a second interview with someone from her team, but it took them over a month to decide that the Property Manager they ended up hiring needed to interview me just to reject me, even though current employees recommended me.

The initial interview was with the Sr. Financial Analyst, the hiring manager. They asked behavioral questions and about my background. There wasn't a technical part, but a riddle was included. About a week later, I took an assessment test on Excel, Word, and Outlook. Passing the Excel section was mandatory to move forward. The next interview was more casual, with the Sr. Financial Analyst, Director of Acquisitions, and the COO. We covered some basic behavioral and experience questions. It felt like they were assessing cultural fit. After that, I completed paperwork for a background check.

I started with a phone chat with someone from HR. Then I interviewed at the property with the leasing manager, which I felt went great, and she seemed to agree. After that, I had another interview the very next day with the regional leasing manager and regional property manager. I got the job offer after that last interview.
