Teacher
The interview process was awesome! The company is wonderful and I’m excited to be teacher for this company. They are better than many other daycares in the area because they are clean and care about the children in their care.
- What skills do you bring to this company?
Assistant Teacher
They wanted to know about my teaching experience, how I handle the relationship between children and parents, my skills, and anything related to kids' education. The best way to answer is to really go into detail about what I did and what I achieved, and how it all connects to the job I'm applying for.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with children and their ages?
Teacher
The interview process really depends on the principal, but they are known to be LONG. The principal tended to do most of the talking and actually ended up answering many of the questions before I could. The assistant principal was also present and seemed more interested in hearing about my background and how I would manage various situations. It really felt like the assistant principal was the one in charge.
- Can you tell me about an area where you are looking to improve?
- Describe a time you transformed a negative situation into a positive outcome.
- What's a challenging experience you've faced and how did you handle it?
Office Administrator
The initial stages of the interview process were pretty straightforward. The phone interview was simple and typical. The people were nice, and they responded quickly, which made me want the job even more. The assistant was informative, answered my questions honestly, and provided a detailed description of the job.
- What makes you qualified for this position?
- Are you willing to cover classes during breaks?
- Do you have office experience?
