I'm not even sure if I interviewed with this company or if it was a scam. I went through a bunch of interviews and then never heard back. All my messages were ignored. This is a terrible way to run a business; no confirmation of acceptance, no rejection, just no follow-up at all. If you get contacted about a job here on LinkedIn or email, just ignore it. It's not worth the headache.

First, there was an HR interview, which was all good, straightforward, and pleasant. Then, I had to complete a task and a questionnaire. The questionnaire covered various topics and logic questions. The task involved drawing a system architecture flow, a diagram for the same project, and its API endpoint messages structure. After that, a technical interview was conducted. It was more of a tech and cultural fit interview, done through small talk. It felt dull, and I didn't get any insights about the interviewer, the open position, the technology stack, the workflow, the team, or the company. Towards the end, the interviewer twice said I performed well and my application would move to the next stage. This surprising and misleading statement was actually a way to gauge my genuine interest in the position. Finally, I received a follow-up email regarding the previous step, which turned out to be a rejection email.

It was a really great interview process. I had two interviews and a take-home assignment. The first interview was an introduction and gave an overview of the job. The second interview was a more in-depth technical review of my take-home project, where we discussed my choices and refactored code. Everyone I met was super nice and helpful, making it a really positive experience with great people and company.
