Had a good technical interview. The lead engineer, whose name I can't recall, asked me about my past projects and some technical questions related to the job description. The atmosphere was relaxed, not like a super intense LeetCode style interview.

After applying online, I got a calendar invite. The recruiter was nice and explained the interview steps. Then, I had to complete two forms. One was for feedback on the recruiter, and the other asked if I wanted to write something or tackle problem-solving questions. The questions felt a bit unclear, maybe on purpose. I got rejected after this part without any feedback or explanation.

The interview process at this company was excellent. It was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. I found the job posting on their website while searching for companies that utilize Symfony/PHP and offer remote work opportunities. After submitting my application online, I had a call with a HR manager, followed by meetings with technical leaders and the CTO. The CTO ultimately extended me an offer on the spot during our meeting. The focus of the interviews was primarily on discussing best practices and approaches, rather than any coding challenges.
