& Process

The interview took place over a week and included analytical and technical rounds. I spoke with several employees and Directors, which helped me understand the process. I also interacted with management and the Managing Director. Overall, it was a good experience.

Recruiter called about a position I applied for and set up an interview for a project at location A, which was unrelated to the job I applied for. I didn't get feedback. Weeks later, recruiter said that didn't work out and set me up for an interview for a project at location B. That interview went well, recruiter got good feedback, and asked me to fill out forms, saying he'd give me an offer letter in a couple of days after I submitted the application. After a couple of weeks of no contact, recruiter said he was waiting for VP approval for the offer letter. Then he called to say the position at location B was filled internally and asked if I could interview for another position at location A with the same manager I interviewed with earlier. He seemed to have forgotten I already interviewed with that manager at location A. He said he'd ask for feedback from that manager and ended the call. Very unprofessional and a bad experience.

2 levels of tech rounds to clear the selection process. it involves deep technical questions and the operational and consulting related scenario based questions. Some situational questions and management questions about how a particular situation is handled and resolved.

It was a two-step, pretty easy process. First, there was a technical interview to check if I knew what my resume said I knew. Then, there was an interview, and then an offer. I have nothing negative to say about it.
