It was pretty straightforward. First, there was a phone screen. After that, I met with the project manager. The final interview was with the project manager and the supervisors from the team I would be working with. I got an offer a couple of days after that last interview.

A recruiter contacted me by email on Wednesday, April 3rd, asking me to call her as soon as possible and to text her if she didn't pick up. I called her on April 3rd and left a voicemail, and I also texted her that same day. There was no response. I decided to call her again on April 4th. I also sent a friendly email to see if she was still interested in talking to me. Still no response. I called her one last time on April 5th. Also no response. I don't have words to describe how certain "professionals" (and that word is a big stretch), like this recruiter, shouldn't be in this profession at all. To this recruiter: Please learn Communications 101 and respond to the applicants you reach out to.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It's beneficial to be well-organized and confident in your ability to meet the job requirements. It also helps if you understand what's missing from the job announcement and can show you know the full scope of the work. Make sure to ask questions so you're clear on what you're getting into.

Got an email about a week after applying. Had a quick phone screening a few days later. Got an email to set up the interview. Had to chase them up to make sure my preferred time was okay. Interview was about 3 weeks after I applied. They said it'd be an hour, but it went a bit over, maybe 5-10 mins. Two people interviewed me, one was training the other. It was all good though. They had a list of questions they went through. Got an email 2-3 days later saying I didn't get the job.
