They visited my school first and spoke to every applicant separately. They mostly asked me to elaborate on things written on the resume I had with me. After 2 weeks, I was asked which sites I preferred to work at. Was interviewed by a site that I did NOT want another 2 weeks later. This was a phone interview with two associate scientists. Overall, both interviews were only 30 minutes and the people were very friendly. Was not offered anything because apparently there were no more spots left.

I had a phone interview with a health scientist and a Professor in Ecotoxicology. I didn't think I did too well but it was good enough to make it to the second interview, which was with two associate health scientists over Skype. Both interviews lasted around 30 minutes. They are going to ask you about your CV/Resume and what projects you have done relative to the company/job. I didn't get the offer, but this was my first real interview for a job so it was a good experience.

I talked to a recruiter at a job fair who set up a phone interview for me about 10 days after I applied. Then, I had a phone interview with two associate health scientists, and they were really nice. I haven't heard back yet, but they said I'd know within two weeks after the interview.
