I applied for something else, but they called me about this Operations Associate role. It was a long process. First, a phone screen, then a panel interview. After that, I had a 90-minute online assessment where I had to analyze a budget and a contract, and write a business letter. Then came a reference check, and finally, I interviewed with the SVP. They made an offer after that. It was pretty thorough, but everyone was nice and helpful. They replied fast when I had questions. The panel interview asked standard behavioral questions, so be ready to talk about past challenges. The final interview with the SVP was more about getting to know me, no curveballs.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was lengthy but very well organized. Doing some company research and checking out other interview experiences on Glassdoor can really help you prepare for the second round, which is a panel interview. The third interview with the director was a positive experience and felt more relaxed than the first two.
