I applied online and then got an email about a prescreening. They rang me for a 20 minute phone interview, which I thought went badly, but then they asked me to do an online skills test. The phone interview questions were standard. The online skills test isn't hard if you pay attention to the questions. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview, where two people interviewed me. The questions were standard interview questions. They put more focus on my future with the company and what I wanted for my career. They made it clear that a job after the internship wasn't guaranteed, but they were searching for someone who was looking for a long-term commitment to the company. They also repeated that everyone has to 'pay their dues' to get promoted, and that teams work long hours. My overall impression was that one interviewer disliked his/her job, and the other had either been overlooked for a promotion or was in a position to block others from promotions. They were both nice enough, but I wasn't excited about the company after speaking with them. I withdrew my application before they told me their decision.

An associate contacted me after finding my application. They did a quick screening and then invited me to a panel interview for the next week. The day before, I got some forms for background checks and an invitation for a language test. The next day, I had the interview with 3 associates - two from the relevant region and one other. They asked basic questions about my experience and interests from a list. When I asked about the decision timeline, I was told about a week and a half. I sent in the documents within 2 days, but it's been almost 3 weeks, and my references haven't been contacted, nor have I. I guess I didn't get it.

I was first called for a phone interview. The next week, I was invited for an in-person panel interview. There were three interviewers: one from a different region and two from the region relevant to the job I applied for. They asked general questions about my personality and if I would be a good fit for the team. Later, they emailed my references to ask them some questions about my personality. After that, I received a job offer.
