Behavioral Case Presentation

So the first interview was a quick 15-minute online screening. After that, they had me do a psych test and prep a case study on a given topic. The second round, which was about 1.5 hours, involved a lot of behavioral questions, meeting the team I'd be working with, presenting my case, and then some quick, on-the-spot case questions that tested my grasp of the industry and were similar to tasks I'd actually be doing.

I only made it to the second round of the interview, but I had a positive experience. Both interviewers I had were very knowledgeable about the company and the questions weren't too hard (more situational based questions). I did ask for feedback when I wasn't selected to move forward and didn't receive any. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks.

Behavioral Technical

I got an email the day after I applied. The interview had 3 main stages. First was a phone chat with HR, where they asked about my skills and what I knew about the company. Second, I had a virtual interview with the lead service engineer in the US, which was a relaxed talk focused on the job itself. It's important to have good questions ready! The third interview, though I think there are usually 4, was in person with the field support manager. In my case, it was over lunch, and it was a really fun and engaging time. All in all, the whole process was super smooth and organized, with no unexpected turns.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The first step was a screening interview, focusing mostly on behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. The second step was a case study round, which was handled poorly. The interviewer struggled to guide the discussion, and the case itself was disorganized, jumping between market sizing, pricing, and regulatory aspects. I've done cases before and felt I performed well on the technical details of my approach. The interviewer concluded by saying 'Goodluck with future opportunities,' which left me unsure of its meaning. While the case topic was interesting, the interviewer's skills were lacking. I didn't receive any feedback, even though it was the second-to-last round.
