Water Treatment Consultant
It was tough getting into this company, but it was worth it. They want to make sure you are a good fit before offering a position. The usual process involves meeting with a recruiter, a manager, and an employee. After a few days to a week, you'll get a call or email with your answer. If you don't hear back, you should follow up, as management sometimes wants to see your willingness to pursue the job.
- Can work ever take precedence over family?
Sales Consultant
It was a mix of in person and phone interviews. Started with some recruiter calls, then met with the local managers. The whole process was pretty quick and straightforward. The managers seemed more interested in getting to know me than asking any tricky questions.
- For those new to the industry, I'd suggest doing a job shadow. It was super helpful for me.
- The managers really just want to get to know you.
Sales Representative
The initial interview was a phone call where they talked about the company. It felt like they were mostly checking if I was interested in the role. The job involves working with current clients, which includes moving chemicals and going onto rooftops.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Water Treatment Consultant
First, I met them in person at a restaurant. Then I did some job shadowing out in the field so I could get a feel for the sales and service aspects of the role. After that, I had a Zoom call with my boss, and they gave me the job offer.
- Could you tell me about your experience in water treatment?
