The recruiter contacted me and gave me about 24 hours to respond to an essay and behavior index test. I asked for an extension because I was traveling and didn't have a laptop for 48 hours, but she ignored my response. I completed everything once I got a computer. She said the hiring committee would review it and let me know if I should be moving forward. When I followed up, she gave me a generic rejection response. I asked for additional feedback since I spent a lot of time writing my responses, and she ignored me.

Behavioral Technical

Before speaking with anyone, I had to complete a predictive index assessment and answer questions via email about my motivation for the job. Then, I interviewed with the CTO, who was a nice guy. After that, I met with two team members, one from product and one from engineering. The product manager was very unprofessional during the interview and was laughing inappropriately throughout our conversation. When I asked questions about their process at the end, they had none! I definitely dodged a bullet, as this interview experience gave me a lot of insight into the company culture.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was horrible. It started off normally with a phone screen and then an in-person interview with my would-be manager. After that went well and I answered some questions via email, I was asked back to meet two potential colleagues. Things got very unprofessional from there. During one interview, one person didn't even show up. The hiring manager asked me to come back again to meet that person and others. I didn't get confirmation for the next interview or know who I was meeting. When I arrived, I found out the interview wasn't scheduled correctly, leading to a long wait. Finally, I had a last interview and then heard nothing back. To make it worse, they never told me I didn't get the job, they just reposted it online! I was extremely unimpressed.

Interviewed with a panel of managers and directors. It was very professional. They asked a lot of detailed questions and were very serious throughout the interview. They asked a lot about sales strategy used throughout the day with other studios and about what I do on a day-to-day basis with members/clients.
