Horrible selection process, there were 3 interviews, 1 group test, they send you to do a lie detector test and ask too intimate questions that have nothing to do with the position. They show total lack of consideration towards the candidate and demonstrate a toxic culture regarding work-life balance. Left a very bad taste.

First, there were some simple, common questions about work experience, quality of life, availability, location, and salary expectations. They scheduled me for an interview, and before me, there were other people who also applied for the position. Some took longer than others, but after an interview, you are assigned a second interview with the zone manager of the branches.

Recursos Humanos me entrevistó el mismo día que llevé mi solicitud y después me ofrecieron el puesto de Cajera. Luego, me llevaron con la jefa de área, me entrevistó, y regresé con Recursos Humanos. Me dieron una lista de papeles que completar (Curo, RFC, etc.). Al día siguiente, los llevé y presenté pruebas psicométricas. Al final, la chica de recursos me dijo que me llamaría ese mismo día para confirmarme si me darían el turno de Cajera de 6 horas o de 8 horas. El punto es que no me han llamado y ya va una semana y media. Volví a ir y otra señorita me dijo que esperara, que tenían que dar luz verde a mis papeles y ya me llamarían.

Terrible service, they always say they'll call you back but never do. I've applied many times and nothing, so why do they open vacancies all the time? And on top of that, the staff is rude.
