Pricing Manager
I did the first stage, a video call on Google Meet with Archie Brown from HR. It was really chill, not like a stiff interview at all. Archie made me feel at ease and explained the company, the job, and the whole hiring thing. I was told I'd get an email that day or the next about the next step, but I never did. I followed up after a few days but got no reply and then got ghosted. It was a bummer after the nice chat.

Support Manager
The interview process with Checkout.com was quite frustrating. The recruitment team is outsourced, meaning the contact person can change frequently. There's a lack of coordination between the hiring team and the recruiter, and questions often go unanswered. I experienced delays of weeks for feedback, and at one point, a 6-week gap between interviews. Even after completing a 6-interview process, which included an in-office visit and receiving positive feedback throughout, I was ultimately ghosted. It seems like they've been reposting the same senior roles for over a year without filling them, based on their job postings.
- How do you handle your workload and organize your day?
Senior Risk Manager
The process started with an HR chat, and then I had chats with my future coworkers and managers. The recruiting team was super helpful and clear all the way through, and they were really flexible with my schedule and got back to me fast with answers. It was a really good experience with them!
