The whole thing lasted about a week. First, I had a chat with the recruiter where they gave me a good overview of the job, the salary, benefits, and some info about the team. They were really helpful and answered everything fast. Then, the next parts were pretty cool because the interviewers were interactive and asked realistic questions. In total, I had 5 interviews including the first one with the recruiter.

Had 5 interviews with HR, Manager, Head of APAC Operations, Local Country Head and teammates. No tests were involved. Everyone I met was sharp and friendly. The interviews were direct and constructive. I got a really good understanding of the challenges and needs the company is facing, and where they are headed.

The first interview was a phone call with a talent partner. It was about the role and expectations, and they were professional and gave good insight. The second interview was with two compliance team members. It lasted an hour and gave more details about the role and why it was open. They asked situational and technical questions, and I got to explain my experience. There were some tricky questions, but they were normal. It ended with a casual chat about getting to know each other and the company culture. I haven't heard back in 10 days, which is surprising after the professional and prompt start. I'd expect better communication about the process. The process was great until I was ghosted at the end, making it neutral instead of positive.
