I applied through Linkedin and was given a case study assessment. After completing that, I had a recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I was then ghosted and received no response, even after following up. This took 4 months, and the application status in SmartRecruiters disappeared after being stuck on 'interview' for a long time. My advice is to provide clear outcomes for candidates.

The interview process itself was great, very organized and professional. The interviewers were engaging and made the conversation enjoyable, leaving a strong impression about the company. However, the post-interview experience was disappointing. Despite following up via email, I received no feedback or response, which felt like being ghosted. This lack of communication took away from the otherwise positive impression of the process. Providing timely feedback, even if negative, is crucial for professionalism and respecting candidates' time and efforts.

I had an initial call with a HR recruiter. About a week later, they reached out to set up a Zoom interview with the head and another senior staff member. A week after that, I was told I made it to the final round and interviewed with the country manager. It was a great interview, short and succinct, which I really appreciated. They were respectful, and overall it was a great experience!
